At Sri Venkat IT Skills Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality SAP training and ensuring a positive learning experience. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses.

Course Fee Payment

All course fees must be paid as agreed at the time of enrollment. Fees can be paid in full or in installments as per the payment plan discussed with our team. Access to course materials is granted only after the initial payment is received.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:

Full Refund: If a student requests cancellation within 3 days of enrollment and before accessing any course material, a full refund will be processed.

Partial Refund (50%): If a student requests cancellation after 3 days but within 7 days of enrollment and has attended less than 2 sessions, a 50% refund will be applicable.

No Refund: No refund will be provided after 7 days of enrollment or if the student has attended more than 2 training sessions, regardless of the reason.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

Registration or enrollment fees

Course materials, study notes, or any downloadable resources already accessed

Fees paid for mock interviews or placement preparation sessions

Discounted or promotional course fees

Batch Transfer Policy

If a student wishes to transfer to a different batch or course, a one-time batch transfer is permitted within 30 days of enrollment at no additional charge, subject to seat availability. After 30 days, a transfer fee may apply.

Course Cancellation by the Academy

In the rare event that Sri Venkat IT Skills Academy cancels a course, enrolled students will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer to an available alternative batch at no extra cost.

Refund Process

To request a refund, students must submit a written request via email to info@svitskills.com with their enrollment details and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
